To begin your Caribbean Stud adventure, place an initial bet called an "ante." Once you've made your wager, both you and the dealer will receive five cards face down. While yours remain hidden from view until later in the round, one of the dealer's cards will be revealed.
At this point in time when only one card has been shown by each party involved in playing , you have two options: fold or raise. If you decide to fold (meaning forfeiting your ante), you'll lose your bet but can still observe how things unfold during that particular round . However , if confidence courses through your veins like Nyabarongo River after heavy rains , choose wisely by raising – doubling down on your original ante .
Once all players have made their decision either folding or raising , reveal all remaining cards . The dealer must have a hand that includes an Ace and King or higher to qualify. If the dealer's hand doesn't meet this requirement, you win even money on your ante bet, while your raise bet is returned as a push.
